Blade size 19cm type 301 knives by F A Porsche, are among the finest knives you could own. Each Knife has a blade formed in the traditional Japanese V-shape, and is meticulously hand sharpened by Japanese Master Craftsmen. Japanese type 301 steel is used for the blade, so the edge is not only unbelievably sharp, but holds its razor edge for longer. All knives have an ergonomic, triangular shaped handle, crafted in 18/10 stainless steel. The triangular shape sits perfectly in your hand resulting in amazing levels of control. The metal 'pearl' not only demarcates the end of the handle, but also prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade. type 301 knives designed by F.A.
