Kasumi knives are some of the finest and highest quality.The Kasumi cutting blade is V-Gold No. 10 (VG-10) high carbon stainless steel that has been developed especially for knives. Hardened to a Rockwell hardness of C59-60 and therefore maintaining a sharper edge longer than other knives, these beauties are clad with Damascus stainless steel.
